Impact of Technology on Design

  • Design Patents and Intellectual Rights: Protecting a design idea or a product is important to ensure originality. However, designers must also ensure they do not infringe upon others’ intellectual property. Understanding the basics of copyright and patent laws is crucial to avoid legal issues.
