Vocabulary - Current Studies

El estudio (The study): The act of reviewing or researching a subject.
La revisión (The revision): The process of reviewing subject materials to memorise or understand them better.
Los exámenes (The exams): Tests taken to assess knowledge of a subject.
El proyecto (The project): A task or set of tasks often requiring research and presentation.
La beca (The scholarship): A monetary reward for academic achievement.
La calificación (The grade): The assessment of performance in a class or on a test.
Los apuntes (The notes): The written records a student makes during class.

Grammar - Verbs

Repasar (To revise): To go over material again to better understand it.
Memorizar (To memorise): To commit material to memory.
Investigar (To research): To seek out and study information on a subject.
Presentar (To present): To demonstrate or explain, often in a formal setting.
Aprobar (To pass): To successfully meet requirements for a test or class.
Suspender (To fail): To not meet requirements for a test or class.
