Understanding Party and Social Gatherings Terminology
- Become familiar with key vocabulary related to parties and social events such as: 聚会 (jùhuì: gathering), 派对 (pàiduì: party), 庆祝会 (qìngzhùhuì: celebration), 晚宴 (wǎnyàn: banquet), and 舞会 (wǔhuì: dance).
- Understand descriptive words related to the event atmosphere, like: 热闹 (rènào: lively), 愉快 (yúkuài: pleasant), 平静 (píngjìng: calm), 繁忙 (fánmáng: busy).
Describing the Experience
- Learn vocabulary to describe the progression of events: 开始 (kāishǐ: to start), 进行 (jìnxíng: to proceed), 结束 (jiéshù: to end).
