    Society encompasses a broader landscape, with shared obligations that individuals together carry as a community or as a nation.

    Society should encourage and celebrate diversity, and provide a supportive environment for the inclusion of all its members.

    This includes but is not limited to law enforcement organisations, fire and emergency services, military forces and security services.

    They have a responsibility to carry out their jobs without prejudice, maintaining fairness and integrity in their professional conduct.

    They should be prepared to risk their personal safety in protecting public safety and property.

    They carry the accountability to uphold and promote the principles and responsibilities of good citizenship, both within their organisation and within the larger community they protect.

    These services should set an example in promoting diversity and inclusion, ensuring equal opportunities for all, regardless of race, gender, age, religion etc.

    They have a duty to provide public services in an efficient and effective manner, constantly improving their methods and processes.
