Section 1: Regular Exercise

  • Get to know phrases related to regular exercise. For instance, 定期运动 (dìng qī yùn dòng) translates to regular exercise.
  • Study verbs associated with exercise such as 跑步 (pǎobù) to run, 游泳 (yóuyǒng) to swim, and 健身 (jiànshēn) to work out.
  • Expand your vocabulary with the names of different sport activities like 足球 (zúqiú) for football, 篮球 (lánqiú) for basketball, and 乒乓球 (pīng pāng qiú) for table tennis.

Section 2: Healthy Eating

  • Recognise vocabulary related to healthy eating, like 健康饮食 (jiànkāng yǐnshí) or healthy diet.
