Representing the Team: A team leader often acts as the team’s representative in interactions with other teams or with higher-level management.

Monitoring Progress: One of the main responsibilities of team leaders is to monitor the team’s progress towards set objectives. This can involve tracking individual performances, project milestones or overall team performance.
Supporting Team Members: Team leaders have a responsibility to provide support to their team. This can be in the form of providing resources, training, or even giving emotional support during tough times.
Motivating The Team: A team leader has the responsibility for maintaining team morale and motivation. They must ensure that the team stays energised and focused on the tasks at hand.
