Communication of Findings

- Respond to Stakeholders: Feedback from stakeholders is key to making your event more successful in future. Acknowledge their input, and give them feedback about their suggestions.
- Thank Participants and Helpers: Show gratitude to both helpers and participants. Their contribution was essential in making the event possible. This can encourage their involvement in future events.
Planning for the Future
- Set New Goals: Based on your review, establish new objectives for next time. These could be to expand participant numbers, improve facilities or any other improvement area identified.
- Establish an Improvement Cycle: Form a cycle of planning, action, review and adjustment. This continuous improvement approach will lead to more successful events in future.
