Interview Behavior and Presence
- Dress professionally and appropriately for the sport or fitness role.

- Don’t rush to answer, take your time to collect your thoughts and deliver a focused response.
Enquiry and Engagement
- Show your interest in the position by asking relevant queries about the job role, team, or organisation.
- Respond thoughtfully to the interviewer’s questions and also engage in the discussion.
- Discuss how you could contribute to the role, the sport, and the organisation.
Communication Skills
- Pay attention to the interviewer, avoid interrupting and listen actively.
- Speak clearly and confidently, do not mumble or speak too quickly.
- Maintain effective body language; convey your enthusiasm through your gestures and expressions.
Post-Interview Etiquette
- Send a thank-you note to the interviewer after the discussion, expressing your gratitude for the opportunity.
- Show your eagerness to join the team, but avoid appearing desperate.
- Await the final decision patiently, follow up if no response after a reasonable time.
Handle Rejection
- Stay positive even if you are not selected; remember, each interview is a new learning experience.
- Ask for feedback if possible, to understand areas of improvement.
- Continue applying to other related job opportunities, do not lose motivation.
