Self-Assessment

- Learn to take constructive criticism positively. Pay heed to all feedback, both positive and negative.
- Use questionnaires, surveys, or informal chats with team members to gather feedback.
- Understand the importance of external observers. They offer a unique perspective as they are not directly involved in the activity.
Performance Indicators

- Incorporate personal development plans (PDP). List goals, timeline, resources required, and methods of assessment for clearer vision of growth.
- Understand the need to review, revise, and update the action plan regularly based on the progress.

- Proactive learning from experiences, feedback, peers, mentors, and updated training materials.
- Recognise the importance of enhancing knowledge regarding water environments, new techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
